Rule one: You must be at least a Chunnin to create a clan. the reason for this is because we don't want a clan full of genin or academy students waging wars before they can even use any powerful weapons.
Rule Two: Bloodline limits cannot be obtained until Chunnin. No exceptions to this rule. Once you prove you can handle that much power then you can have it.
Rule Three: You must be detailed with your clan. Every clan must have a clan symbol which will be posted in your clan home. This is the conclusion of the rules. Thank you for your time.
